Alumni Stella and Renée form two-thirds of BRIT Award-winning R&B trio FLO with their friend Jorja. They have become one of the UK's biggest breakthrough acts. Since the release of their debut single Cardboard Box, they have earned widespread acclaim, won the BRIT Rising Star Award, topped the BBC Sound of 2023 poll and toured internationally. Their debut album Access All Areas cemented their status as one of the leading voices in contemporary R&B.

KWN is one of the UK's most exciting emerging R&B artists. Known for her distinctive songwriting, self-production and viral hit Worst Behaviour, she has built a rapidly growing global audience. Following collaborations with Kehlani and FLO, a BET Award nomination and the release of her acclaimed EP With All Due Respect, KWN continues to establish herself as a major new talent in contemporary R&B.

JVCK JAMES is making a massive impression on the UK R&B scene. The London born artist has been on tour with Grammy Award Winner Ella Mai as well as featuring on a track with Chronixx. JVCK has recently released his latest EP ‘Detour’.

Jess is the kid’s presenter for BBC Earth. She has previous experience working at Radio 1 as well as the Diana Award.

Khaleel recently achieved a major goal by securing a placement year at Take-Two Interactive. He’s also developing a custom PC game engine from scratch in his spare time to learn more about back-end architecture.

Ezu has had great success over the past couple of years and has recently released his debut album, ‘Arrival’. He effortlessly chains together Hindi, Punjabi and English lyrics which has gained him a loyal following. Ezu has had incredible support across BBC Radio and has had ‘Track of the Week’ on BBC Asian Network on multiple occasions.

Phoebe’s debut releases are highly anticipated. She has already received great support from BBC Introducing, with her track ‘Young Blood’ being placed at the top of the hotlist. She has also supported Tate Mcrae, Violet Skies and Sody on tour.

Islam is currently working as an Unreal programmer on multiple projects. He has developed two published games - Making Waves using Unreal Engine and Lego Starwars Battles using Unity Engine. Islam has also developed a professional tool in Unreal called CornerstoneUI.

Creative A&R Assistant at Sony ATV Music Publishing. Lily moved from Wales to join ELAM in 2015 and since her graduation in 2017 she has been moving her way up in the world of Music Publishing.

Jasmine has recently started releasing music with Universal Music. She has received great support from Clash, Notion, Spotify, BBC Radio 1, BBC Asian Network and BBC Introducing.

Ben Frith is the founder of ‘Fused’ which is under Universal Music. ‘Fused’ focuses on music management and digital strategies. As the founder of the company, Ben has been able to give our current Music Trainees countless work experience opportunities.

Deborah currently works as a creative strategist in influencer marketing for The Goat Agency, WPP Media. She shapes the creative thinking & strategies behind a number of large household names, bridging the gap between brand goals & culture. Recently Deborah enjoyed being flown out to Miami off the back of a brief response she wrote for a project.

Molly Rainford was a childhood X Factor star and has since released music as a solo artist. She has also appeared on TV in Eastenders and Race Across the World.

Zack works as an Associate Tools Engineer maintaining, refactoring and creating core systems as part of game development. He works with complicated systems and is responsible for many important core features that all end-users will experience.

Ashley Singh has just started releasing music. He has received great support from BBC Asian Network and BBC Introducing London. Ashley is also currently working at ELAM as our Recruitment and Marketing Lead

Natalie 2V is a rising star in the world of Pop. Her dark lyricism combined with world-class production from ‘Jay Nebula’ has created a sound that is exciting the Music Industry. Her debut single ‘Heartstrings’ has been a huge success, being editorially playlisted across Asia and Europe.

KamiKwazi has seen great success with his debut singles. His track ‘Low high’ was featured in Apple Music’s Daily Playlist. KamiKwazi has also had incredible support from BBC Introducing, featuring on their hotlist this year.

Starr has recently released her debut single ‘Time’ which was featured on Spotify’s ‘New Music Friday’ playlist. She has also been touring as a dancer with ‘Diversity’.
