Industry Engagement and Progression Manager
We are seeking an Industry Engagement and Progression Manager (Music, Games and Film & TV) to join East London Arts and Music (ELAM). This is a dynamic, industry-facing role at the heart of our mission to connect education with the creative industries. The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of a high-impact programme of industry engagement, careers education, and progression pathways, preparing trainees for successful futures in music, film, television, and games.

Teacher of Music
We are seeking a Teacher of Music Performance and Production to deliver high quality, industry relevant teaching within ELAM’s music pathway. This hands on role will see you planning and leading project based learning that develops students’ technical skills, creative voice and professional behaviours, closely aligned to real world practice. Working alongside the Director of Music and industry partners, you will guide students from concept to showcase, ensuring their work meets professional standards and opens up meaningful progression into the creative industries.
