Vice Principal
We are seeking a Vice Principal to support the Headteacher in leading whole school improvement across curriculum, culture, behaviour and operations. This is a pivotal senior leadership role within a small, ambitious specialist academy, offering the opportunity to shape strategy while remaining closely connected to teaching and day to day practice. Assistant Principal - Industry & Progression
This role will lead and embed ELAM’s industry engagement and alumni strategy across music, film, television and games. This senior leadership role ensures that industry is fully integrated within the curriculum, shaping live briefs, masterclasses, mentoring and work experience so that every student benefits from meaningful professional exposure and strong progression routes. You will lead partnerships, oversee alumni development and drive ambitious destinations, ensuring our work remains inclusive, future focused and deeply connected to the creative industries.

Director of Music
We are seeking a Director of Music to lead and shape ELAM’s Music Performance and Production provision. This senior, hands on leadership role combines curriculum design, team development and industry engagement, ensuring our music pathway is ambitious, inclusive and closely aligned with professional practice. You will drive high standards in teaching and production, build strong industry partnerships, and create powerful platforms to showcase trainee work, positioning ELAM as a leading training ground for emerging talent.

Teacher of Music
We are seeking a Teacher of Music Performance and Production to deliver high quality, industry relevant teaching within ELAM’s music pathway. This hands on role will see you planning and leading project based learning that develops students’ technical skills, creative voice and professional behaviours, closely aligned to real world practice. Working alongside the Director of Music and industry partners, you will guide students from concept to showcase, ensuring their work meets professional standards and opens up meaningful progression into the creative industries.
