Industry Engagement & Progression Manager

We are seeking a industry engagement and progression manager to lead on connecting creative education with real-world industry opportunities. This role will see you designing and delivering a dynamic programme of careers education and industry engagement, including work experience, mentoring, masterclasses and events, helping trainees build the skills, confidence and networks needed for successful futures. Working closely with staff, partners and industry professionals, you will ensure every trainee can access clear, supported pathways into employment, apprenticeships and higher education across music, film, television and games.

Teacher of Music

We are seeking a Teacher of Music Performance and Production to deliver high quality, industry relevant teaching within ELAM’s music pathway. This hands on role will see you planning and leading project based learning that develops students’ technical skills, creative voice and professional behaviours, closely aligned to real world practice. Working alongside the Director of Music and industry partners, you will guide students from concept to showcase, ensuring their work meets professional standards and opens up meaningful progression into the creative industries.
