SENDCo

We’re looking for an experienced SENDCO to lead and strengthen our SEND provision in a permanent, part-time role (0.6 FTE). Combining strategic leadership with hands-on support, you’ll develop inclusive practice across teaching and pastoral teams and work closely with trainees, families and external agencies. You’ll bring expertise, care and ambition to ensuring every trainee with additional needs can thrive and prepare for life beyond ELAM.
