Title: Alumni Manager (Music, Games, Film & TV)
Description: The Alumni Manager at ELAM leads the development of a vibrant alumni network that supports graduates from underrepresented backgrounds as they progress into careers in the creative industries. The role focuses on building strong relationships with alumni, industry partners and recruitment organisations to create opportunities for employment, apprenticeships, internships and further study, while delivering employability support such as CV guidance, interview preparation, portfolio development and networking. The post also involves coordinating alumni events, managing communications, celebrating alumni success through stories and case studies, and overseeing programmes and partnerships that strengthen connections between graduates, current students and the wider creative sector, helping ensure long-term career progression and community engagement.
