Mahawa is an award-winning producer building and scaling talent-led IP across digital. She develops formats that travel beyond a single episode — spanning reality, music-led content and culturally driven entertainment — with a focus on story and scalable design.

Yssis-Tiy'e is a Social Media Executive at ASOS, having previously worked as a Digital Producer and Campaigns Manager at ITV. She began her career with production internships, including a placement at Prettybird Pictures.

Molly
Molly was a childhood X Factor star who has since built a career as a solo artist. She has also appeared on screen in EastEnders and Race Across the World.

Zack
Zack works as an Associate Tools Engineer, building and maintaining the core systems behind game development. He's responsible for features that every end user relies on, without ever seeing.

Ashley
Ashley is an emerging artist backed by BBC Asian Network and BBC Introducing London. He now works at ELAM as Recruitment and Marketing Lead, helping the next cohort find their own way in.

Deborah
Deborah is a creative strategist in influencer marketing at The Goat Agency, WPP Media. She shapes the thinking behind campaigns for major household names, bridging brand goals with culture.

Islam
Islam works as an Unreal programmer across multiple projects, with two published games to his name — Making Waves in Unreal Engine and Lego Star Wars Battles in Unity. He has also built his own professional Unreal tool, CornerstoneUI.

Khaleel
Khaleel recently secured a placement year at Take-Two Interactive. Alongside it, he's building a custom PC game engine from scratch to learn more about back-end architecture.

Stella & Renée
Stella and Renée make up two-thirds of BRIT Award-winning R&B trio FLO, alongside their friend Jorja. Since their debut single Cardboard Box, they've won the BRIT Rising Star Award, topped the BBC Sound of 2023 poll and released their debut album, Access All Areas.

KWN is one of the UK's most exciting emerging R&B artists, known for her distinctive songwriting and self-production. Her viral hit Worst Behaviour and EP With All Due Respect have followed collaborations with Kehlani and FLO, and a BET Award nomination.

JVCK JAMES is making a real impression on the UK R&B scene. The London-born artist has toured with Grammy winner Ella Mai, featured on a track with Chronixx, and recently released his EP Detour.
