ELAM Core Values

We have five Core Values at ELAM which frame everything we do. These values are Innovation, Drive, Excellence, Integrity and Collaboration. Alongside Trainees' qualifications and industry partnerships these values will be critical for their long term success. See what these values mean to us and how we aim to demonstrate them on a daily basis by looking at the Trainees who won our values awards last year.

Innovation

Ben has consistently demonstrated innovation in everything he has done at ELAM. He virtually single handedly delivered the marketing plan for the successful e45 single which received over 100,000 plays and was playlisted on BBC 1Xtra.

Charlie Kennard - Principal

Integrity

Tsote has demonstrated integrity at ELAM by being open, honest and respectful, through her attendance and punctuality and through her support for ELAM and for other trainees.

Angela Isaac - Business Director

Drive

Wesley does not know what 'giving up' means. His drive for success this year has been absolutely remarkable and he has inspired both Trainees and staff in his attitude towards turning challenge into success.

Andy Weymouth - Governor

Excellence

Annie does not shout about her goals and targets, instead she just slowly gets on with it and each day makes small progress. As a result, what she has achieved this year has been incredible.

Will Kennard - Governor

Collaboration

Ozzie has displayed the value of collaboration in a whole variety of ways during his time at ELAM. He has been more than happy to engineer recording sessions for fellow Trainees and also get stuck in setting up for live events, taking leadership on sound duties with absolute confidence.

Alfie Jefferies - Technician
